More ways to feel supported.

Sometimes it helps to be around people who are exploring similar questions, challenges, or opportunities for growth.

Our groups and events create different ways to connect, from facilitated therapeutic experiences to educational workshops and informal community gatherings.

Each offering is different, so we’ll always make it clear who it’s for, what to expect, and whether it is a clinical therapy service or a community event.

The Overthinkers Club

Overthinkers Club Group Therapy Event

The Overthinkers Club is a supportive therapy group for people who want to better understand anxiety and feel less controlled by worry, avoidance, and self-critical thoughts.

Together, we’ll explore where anxious patterns come from while building practical skills for coping, grounding, communication, and navigating anxiety-provoking situations. You’ll have opportunities to practice new strategies and learn alongside others who understand what it’s like to live with anxiety.

The goal is to help you feel more confident responding to anxious thoughts and experiences without having to figure it all out on your own.
