Pat Breshears

I have a very seasoned background in healthcare services. After working as a licensed nurse, I went on to earn my master's degree in Health Science with a specialization in Addiction Studies and completed training as an Adult Children of Alcoholics Therapist. 

 

I use an eclectic style of therapy as appropriate for each client, and utilize a trauma informed treatment approach. My experience working in the treatment of behavioral health includes adolescent, adult, women specific and family therapy. I am also an interventionist, working with families and loved ones involved with mental health and addictions issues.

I am passionate about helping others and empowering clients to overcome life's challenges. I have an extensive knowledge of resources, both locally and nationally, to help when more intensive treatment is needed.
