I believe we all have a story that can impact our lives, positively or negatively. My desire is to hear the story and understand each client's struggle, determine a plan to address it quickly, with long term impact. Seeking therapy can also be an incredibly vulnerable and scary decision; which is why it is important for me to create a space for my clients to be transparent and honest.

 

With 20 years' experience as a counselor, I always strive to ensure trust and support are at the core of all sessions. I care deeply about helping individuals struggling with stress, anxiety and depression. I am especially passionate about walking alongside couples as they navigate the various highs and lows of life. Relationships consist of you and your partner’s needs, desires, expectations, and experiences. I will always be empathetic and understanding of how different experiences have affected you, and be direct and honest in my responses.
