Finding the right therapist can feel like a lot, especially when you’re already carrying something difficult. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families, with a particular passion for supporting teens and older children as they navigate the challenges of growing up, relationships, emotions, and change. From our first conversation, I want you to feel welcomed as you are and know that you don’t have to have everything figured out before we begin.
Who I work with
I especially enjoy connecting with teens and older children, while also welcoming adults and families into my work. My experiences with both youth and older adults have taught me how differently challenges can show up across the lifespan and how important it is to understand the person, not just the problem.

What it’s like to work with me
I want therapy to feel like somewhere you can talk, reflect, and learn without worrying about being judged. I bring warmth and curiosity to our conversations while taking time to understand what you’re experiencing and what you want to be different. My approach continues to grow as I develop as a clinician, and I value being thoughtful about which tools and perspectives may be most useful for each person. Most importantly, I want you to feel heard, supported, and involved in the work we’re doing together.
How I can help
I’m particularly interested in trauma-informed care and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), including how our thoughts and behaviors can influence the way we experience everyday life. Together, we can explore those patterns, develop healthier ways of responding, and work toward changes that feel meaningful beyond our sessions.
