I’ve spent much of my professional experience alongside children and families whose lives don’t always fit neatly into simple explanations. Through my work with children experiencing complex mental health needs and children with autism, I’ve learned how important it is to look beyond a behavior or struggle and get curious about the person experiencing it. While I’m most experienced with clients under 18, I’m open to working with people of all ages as I continue growing as a counselor.
Who I work with
I have a particular background working with children and families, including children with autism and those experiencing more complex mental health needs. Whether you’re a young person trying to make sense of what you’re feeling or someone at another stage of life who wants support making meaningful changes, I want therapy to be somewhere you can explore what’s happening without judgment.

What it’s like to work with me
I believe therapy should give you room to reflect, learn, heal, and grow alongside someone who is genuinely trying to understand you. I’m interested in how our thought processes and behaviors affect the way we experience our lives, and I want our work to lead toward changes that feel meaningful beyond the therapy room. As a developing clinician, I’m also continuing to explore different therapeutic approaches and deepen the way I work with clients. I bring curiosity, openness, and the support of experienced clinical supervision to that process.
How I can help
Together, we can look at patterns in your thoughts and behaviors, better understand what may be driving them, and identify changes that support the life you want to build. My goal is to create a supportive place where growth can happen at a pace that makes sense for you.
