Life can change quickly, but adjusting to what happened often takes much longer. For more than 16 years, I’ve worked with children, teens, and adults through loss, trauma, major transitions, overwhelming emotions, and times when they simply don’t feel like themselves. I want therapy to give you a steady place to understand what you’re experiencing while helping you find practical ways to feel more grounded and capable in your everyday life.
Who I work with
I work with people navigating difficult changes, grief, trauma, ADHD, mood concerns, and women’s mental health. You may be trying to process something that happened, adjust to a life you didn’t expect, or find more clarity and balance when everything feels like too much.
Areas of Focus
- ADHD
- Grief & Loss

What it’s like to work with me
I believe good therapy starts with a relationship where you feel respected enough to be honest and supported enough to do difficult work. I’ll take time to understand your experiences, strengths, and goals rather than assuming the same approach works for everyone. Our sessions are collaborative, and I want you to have an active voice in where we’re going and what feels most useful. You can expect compassion and understanding alongside practical conversations about how we can create meaningful change outside the therapy room.
How I can help
Depending on your needs, I may incorporate EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and strengths-based practices into our work. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s weighing on you, clarify what you want to change, and develop strategies that help you move forward with greater confidence and stability.
